Comprehensive Scholar Vetting & Identity Checks
Every male Qari and female Ustadha undergoes a multi-stage background check before conducting live classes. This includes government ID verification, criminal background checks, authentic Ijaza certification verification, and mandatory child protection training.
Open-Door Class Access for Parents
Parents maintain complete transparency. You are welcome to sit in on any live 1-on-1 session or drop into your child's online classroom unannounced at any time. We encourage parental involvement to foster a supportive learning environment.
Zero Private Off-Platform Communication
Scholars are strictly prohibited from contacting minor students outside our official platform or on personal social media channels. All homework assignments, teacher notes, progress reports, and communications must flow through the Quran Light House Parent Portal.
Safeguarding Incident Channel & Reporting
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for academic misconduct or inappropriate behavior. Any concern raised by a parent is escalated immediately to our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
