Quran Light House Academy

Privacy and data use

Information used by the academy

Trial and admission requests collect the contact and learning details you submit. Enrolled accounts store your profile, guardian links, assigned teacher, schedules, attendance, messages, homework, feedback, invoices and credential records. Staff access depends on their role; linked guardians can view their children's records.

Sign-in and classroom services

Sign-in uses a session cookie. The classroom uses LiveKit for audio and video. Your browser requests camera and microphone permission. A local recording, when started by a participant, downloads to that participant's device; it is not automatically saved to the academy. Ask everyone for permission before recording or sharing a class.

Public learning tools

Quran text, recitation and prayer tools contact external services when used. Those services receive the network information needed to deliver their responses. Public teacher profiles and scholar recordings are published by academy staff.

Requests and questions

Use the contact form to ask about your information, correction, access or deletion. Do not submit passwords or sensitive documents through the public contact form. The academy must confirm any retention period or deletion exceptions that apply to your request.
